Introduction of rotary dryer: Rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cement, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature (generally 250-350°C)
Application of rotary dryer:
Mineral industry: Bentonite, Titanium concentrate, coal, manganese ore, pyrite, limestone, peat
Chemical industry: ammonium sulfate, sodium sulphide, ammophos, ammonium nitrate, carbamide, oxalic acid, potassium dichromate, PVC, nitrophosphate fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate, compound fertilizer
Food industry: Glucose, salt, granulated sugar, vitamin malted milk, granular sugar
Others: Iron powder, flat soybean, garbage abrasive, match sticks, wood chips, vinasse
Working Principle of rotary dryer:
1 Materials are sent to hopper of dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator
2 Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side
3 Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together
4 Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating
5 Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of dryer drying machine.

1. The rotary dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient transportation.
2. Performance Characteristics of sludge dryer: this series drier is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical.
3. It can be used for drying many kinds of materials and with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, it has been widely used.
