The ordinary belt conveyor consists of six main parts: Drive Unit, Jib or Delivery End, Tail Ender Return End. and Belt.
Belt conveyor divided into light, medium and heavy duty type. The material, technology, precision and conveying capacity, reliability has greatly improved compared with type conveyor.
Belt Conveyor is widely used in metallurgical, mine, coal, harbor, power plant, building material, grain, chemical, petrol and light industry. According to conveying process, belt conveyor could work by itself or work with other belt conveyors to build horizontal or inclined conveying system. Belt conveyors could convey bulk material or goods whose bulk density is 0.5~2.5t/m3. The belt conveyors are suitable to work at operating ambient temperature about -25ºC~+40ºC. We could take protection procedures to enable belt conveyors heatproof, cold-proof, waterproof, antiseptic, anti-explosion and anti-flaming.
