Impact Crusher Brief Introduction:

Impact Crusher Characteristics:
1. Integrated motor: crusher motor frame, the motor frame and crusher one structure,reducing installation space and belt length, increasing the life of belt because of the simultaneous movement of crusher and motor.
2. The finite element analysis techniques: with the aid of the industry's most professional mechanical design software, the whole design process and the processing technology has been efficiently controlled to gain higher yields and efficiency,meanwhile, material has been fully used to make less weight of crushers.
3. Bearing: containing 4 same bigger bearings, PEV has longer service life.
4. Bigger output: new kinematics design and suitable rotation rate make the movable jaw can get more impact. With the symmetrical "v" shaped structure crushing chamber,the crusher can get higher output.
5. Insert adjustment: at mechanization adjustment, the crusher can be regulated whether at work or shutdown. When turned into hydraulic adjustment, automatic control is achieved.
Impact Crusher Working Principle:
The materials are crushed via impact energy produced in the impact crusher. When the materials enter the zone of the board hammer, they are flung into the impact equipment via the high-speed impact of the board hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the scale board. The large materials are crushed into small pieces until it becomes the specified granularities. The end products come out from the base of the impact crusher.
